By downloading or using OpenHabit (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

OpenHabit is a habit tracking application that allows you to create, track, and manage personal habits. The App stores all data locally on your device.

Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes to track your habits and goals.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Data

All habit data, completions, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to your data. You are responsible for backing up your own data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
